2011 - 2013

 The Big RED series of works are an end of year degree project. They are a triptych study of balance, movement and weight.The feeling of circus, theatre and uneasiness was what I was interested in .The inclusion of a large squatting figue surrounded by a group of 12 minimal wire  figures positioned in the upper corner of the gallery.was intended to add an element of surprise as they are only discovered on turning to leave the studio.The three main sculptures are showen in order.
